Function and feature description
1、 Overall layout of machine tool:
This horizontal machining center adopts an inverted T-shaped structure with an integrated base. The bed, worktable, slide, column, spindle box and other large components are all made of high-strength cast iron material, with a resin sand process and two aging treatments to eliminate stress. These large components are optimized using SW and Ansys design, which improves the stiffness and stability of both the large components and the entire machine, effectively suppressing machine deformation and vibration caused by cutting forces.
Dragging system:
X. The Y and Z axes adopt linear guide rails, which have low overall operating noise, low friction, high sensitivity, low high-speed vibration, no crawling at low speeds, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance, and improve the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.
X. The Y and Z-axis servo motors are directly coupled with high-precision ball screws through elastic couplings, reducing intermediate links and achieving seamless transmission, flexible feed, accurate positioning, and high transmission accuracy.
The Y-axis servo motor has an automatic brake function, which can automatically brake the motor shaft in the event of power failure, preventing it from rotating and providing safety protection.
Spindle assembly:
The spindle assembly is produced by a professional manufacturer in Taiwan, with high precision and rigidity. The bearings are P4 grade spindle specific bearings. After the entire spindle is assembled under constant temperature conditions, it passes dynamic balance correction and running in testing, which improves the service life and reliability of the entire spindle
The spindle can achieve stepless speed regulation within its speed range, and the spindle is controlled by a built-in encoder of the motor, which can achieve spindle orientation and rigid tapping function.
Knife magazine:
Adopting a high-quality 16 disc knife magazine, installed on the side of the column, it has the characteristics of fast switching speed (3 seconds), accurate tool switching, high efficiency, and long service life.
Cutting cooling system:
Equipped with a large flow cooling pump and a large capacity water tank to fully ensure circulating cooling. Cooling pump power: 0.45Kw, pressure: 1.2bar.
The end face of the spindle box is equipped with cooling nozzles, which can be water-cooled or air-cooled, and can be switched freely. The cooling process can be controlled through M code or control panel.
Equipped with cleaning air guns and water guns for cleaning machine tools.
Pneumatic system:
Pneumatic triple components can filter impurities and moisture in the gas source, preventing impure gases from damaging and corroding machine tool components. The solenoid valve group is controlled by a PLC program to ensure that actions such as spindle loosening, spindle center blowing, spindle clamping, and spindle air cooling can be quickly and accurately completed.
Machine tool protection:
The machine tool adopts a protective room that meets safety standards, which not only prevents coolant splashing, but also ensures safe operation and pleasant appearance. Each guide rail of the machine tool is equipped with a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the interior of the machine tool, and to protect the guide rail and ball screw from wear and corrosion.
Lubrication system:
The guide rail and ball screw pair both adopt centralized automatic thin oil lubrication, and each node is equipped with a quantitative oil separator to inject oil to each lubrication part at a fixed time and quantity, ensuring uniform lubrication of each sliding surface, effectively reducing frictional resistance, improving motion accuracy, and ensuring the service life of the ball screw pair and guide rail.
Chip removal system:
The iron filings generated during the processing directly fall onto the protective compartment, and the internal inclined structure of the protective compartment allows the iron filings to smoothly slide into the chip removal groove. Then, the iron filings are transported to the chip receiving trolley through a spiral chip removal device, which is simple, practical, and cost-effective.

(2) Operating temperature: 5 ℃ -40 ℃
(3) Environmental temperature: 15 ℃ -25 ℃
